Humphrey Kweminyi
Humphrey Kweminyi is an associate in the Columbus office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP, where he focuses his practice on real estate, finance, and affordable housing. Humphrey guides developers, syndicators, and financial institutions through complex Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) transactions, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and debt financing. He plays a key role in designing and executing deal strategies from due diligence to closing, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating critical legal documents and instruments at all stages of any transaction.

In addition to his legal practice, Humphrey is an active community leader. He serves on several boards, including the Board of Directions for Youth and Families, Ohio State Bar Association Committee on Diversity and Inclusion, and the John Mercer Langston Bar Association Foundation. Humphrey also served as a board member of Legal Aid for Southeast and Central Ohio (LASCO) until the expiration of his term in June 2026. In 2024, he received the LASCO Young Attorney Pro Bono Award in recognition of his volunteer work with various LASCO programs providing free legal assistance to underserved individuals in Central Ohio. Humphrey was also recognized by Columbus Business First as a 2026 40 Under 40 honoree for his leadership and service to Columbus and Central Ohio.

Amy Riegel
Amy Riegel is the Executive Director of the Coalition on Homelessness and Housing in Ohio (COHHIO), where she leads statewide efforts to advance housing affordability, prevent and end homelessness, and strengthen communities through advocacy and systems change. With more than 20 years of experience across nonprofit leadership, local government, healthcare, and community development, Amy has led initiatives in housing development, health equity, workforce development, and poverty reduction. Prior to COHHIO, she directed more than $50 million in affordable housing investments at CareSource and helped launch the nationally recognized Healthy Beginnings at Home initiative. A TEDx speaker and frequent keynote presenter, Amy regularly speaks at local, state, and national events on housing, homelessness, community development, and the social determinants of health. She serves on several local, state, and national boards.

Betsy Pandora
Betsy is a Columbus native and charismatic community leader with over 20 years of experience across nonprofits, public health, and the arts. As President & CEO of the Short North Alliance, she has helped guide over $1.5 billion in private development while fostering one of Ohio's most vibrant and inclusive urban districts. She was recently appointed to the Affordable Housing Trust board in May 2026, bringing her passion for equitable community planning and neighborhood advocacy to the table.
